Its easy to sell your house, first you will need to Sign up before you can advertise your property.

Once you have Signed up, simply login with your details and then click "create new listing", this takes you to the "Add a new listing" page, select your choice from the drop down menu:

Property Sales Mainly Houses for sale, a family home etc Rentals Flats, Houses and Rooms to Let Land Plots of Land for sale Commercial Commercial/Business premises only New Build Any new Property currently being built

Then click submit and this takes you to the listing page where you can enter the details, Address and Price etc.

Once this is complete, click "submit" and it will take you to: "You may now edit your listing", here you can check your listing and also see a preview of what it will look like on the site.

To add images, just click on "Edit images" where you can browse your computer for the pictures of your property and click "Upload picture" and your finished.
